My bike was dropped off for a service so I knew it would take a little while. I called to check on my bike after almost a week and was told it should be done Friday or Saturday so I called back on Monday to see when I could come pick it up. They hadn't even started working on it and I was told that if I wanted to I could come pick it back up. Finally Wednesday I was called to let me know it was done but I couldn't pick it up until Saturday because I worked until 5 everyday which is on me . But again if you tell someone that something should be done on such day it would be nice for it to be done that day.

Hi Bradley. Sorry to hear that you were not satisfied with the service you received from our dealership. I know it is no excuse but this time of year we are extremely busy and unfortunately the people who drop their bikes off are having to wait a longer than normal period of time to get them fixed. I am not making excuses I am merely saying that with the short summer riding season and appointments that are already scheduled it is difficult to give a customer and accurate time for repair on a drop off unit.
