Brian, Bonnie, Jake, Eric and Tracy were great to deal with on this purchase (Sales, Finance, Service and Parts Department.) Two small complaints, one was a noticed (two day after a got it home) a small tear (1 x1 +/-) in the rear plastic skid plate, I believe was done when lifting machine out of the crate. Second thing is the shipping charge on the Service Manual I order was almost double what Suzuki has listed on their website. (Employee: Brian Gray)
