so everyone that i have encountered there at arkport has always been really good to me. i am from coudersport pa and I have a Harley dealer right down the road from me but much more prefer the company of arkport cycles for the kind service and professionalism. but I point out mike here because i have called on him numerous times for info and advice about my 08 Harley softail custom and if he reads this i am sure he will remember because like i said i have asked him lots of questions. but every time my questions are met with good knowledge and patience and that is hard to find anywhere usually people shove you off the phone and just want you to bring it right in for any and everything. but for a want to be do itself er like me it is nice to be met with the customer service that mike has always offered me.
