Whenever I go into Arkport everyone is nice and happy to help, I always get what I need within reason, and they know what they are talking about. The service dept is always willing to help as much as they can. The salespeople aren't pushy and are respectful and Jennifer, John and Adam are just all-around great people to deal with. Megan in service always has a great attitude. and Mike is very helpful. The parts Dept people are all very knowledgeable and they don't try to sell you something you don't need.
