Been coming to Arkport Cycles/Harley since the mid 80's prior to them having the Harley franchise. I bought my first new bike from them in 88'.....a 1988 Suzuki Katana 1100. Since then I've purchased a couple more bikes and always had excellent customer service and reasonable prices. I've been to other local Harley dealers and to be honest, although Arkport is a bit more of a drive distance wise for me, the prices and customer service more than make up the difference. John, Rose, and Jenny, run a great dealership and service their customers well.....keeping them coming back. Their staff (Andy) are courteous, knowledgeable, helpful, and proficient.
